“La struttura è fatiscente, avevamo prenotato una suite e ci volevano dare una camera sporca, fatiscente e con una puzza di fumo terribile. Abbiamo immediatamente protestato, ma il personale della reception ci ha risposto che era l’unica camera libera. A questo punto abbiamo deciso di andare via e alla reception ci hanno assicurato che ci avrebbero rimborsato i soldi pagati. Ovviamente era una bugia e i nostri soldi li abbiamo persi. Consiglio a tutti di non soggiornare qui, è un posto terribile...

“The staff is phenomenal however the place is unnecessarily dirty. Like they don’t wipe anything down. The trashcans have spills and no one has taken time to just wipe it down. It’s grimey. Breakfast is terrible.”

“I’ve stayed here before and our first stay was excellent! We got a suite the first stay. It was very clean and a nice room. However, this time we got a real rageddy regular room that had no closet, no hangers, things were broken and stained, and though it was fairly clean there was grout everywhere all over the room. Even the lamps had grout around the base. It needed a deep cleaning bad. The air conditioner had visible mold growing in the vents which was highly alarming! Room 118 was not it!! ...
