“They demand a $60 deposit with the promise of a refund at checkout. It took 6 days before they credited my card. They make a lot of $$$$ in interest holding on to $60 from every room every day and holding it for 6 days. Parking is almost impossible unless you’re driving a tiny smart car. Loud music and weed smoking all over the place.”

“I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, but on arrival I was told that room “wasn’t ready” and was offered a completely different room with only one bed instead. When I went back to the front desk to get this fixed, they moved me again but put me in a room with two double beds, not the two queens I reserved and paid for. “Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful; however, we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the key wouldn’t work (for us or the staff), second room the thermostat was broken and the room was hot, the third and final room was fine but the TV did not work. ”

“I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.”

“Bed sheets had blood stains? Sofa was so nasty no one would have used it. The A/C did not work, No shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap. Only one package of old coffee for two people. Water pressure was awful. Lobby was terrible, looked like it was being used asa storage unit. Management under a Rhaul Patel. ”

“The motel was really nice and clean. We had to change motels at the last minute because the first one was dirty and had a boarded up window. We didn't feel safe considering it was at the back of the motel. We are already planning to book another stay at Motel 6.”

“The worst, most disgusting places I've ever stayed. Roaches and roach parts everywhere, both alive and dead. No soap to wash with and the bathroom door would not close. ”
