“My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for one night while on a road trip. We checked in on a Saturday night and checked out on Sunday morning. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that it was the 4th of July and fireworks were being shot off nearby. The front desk staff member took a little while to get us checked in, but it was because he was training a new staff member. “We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. Food was either empty or almost empty. I didn't see anything get refilled. Scrambled eggs were cold. Juice machine is also broken. Used the "hot" water to make tea, it was cold. I...

“The rooms were very clean. The housekeepers were very nice the front desk people were very nice.. our icebox didn’t work in the room and they replaced it right away. But it does not have a continental breakfast. They serve scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes and soup which my step kids would not eat and My Husband is allergic to eggs. It says it has a pool, but it actually has a bath house pool. Not a pool to swim in, that is hot as heck in there humid and smells like mold. So we had to go pay...

“We travel to council bluff a few times a a year. We feel lucky to have discovered the Bridge Pointe Inn. We know what to expect when we come in. Helpful staff (thank you Stephanie) clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location right off the highway.”

“Very clean and great breakfast. Room was already cold walking in. Some hotels are hot when you arrive and takes forever to cool down when AC is turned on. The hotel is placed in a prime location surrounded by restaurants and Walmart was close by. Excellent stay”

“They advertised having a pool and when I checked in it was drained. The gym like the pool was only a treadmill and seated bike.”

“The air conditioning does not work. The shower had barely any water pressure we had a dirty blanket and the man came up and just had us take the first blanket off and told us to use the bottom blanket. The younger female that works there is rude and refused to move us to a different room after the man told her to move us she fought him about it. When we told her our air conditioning wasn’t working she blamed the weather. Horrible place to stay I highly recommend not ever staying there”
