“It was the last-minute decision to stay here as we were traveling to the beach and needed to spend the night somewhere. The lady that was at the check-in desk was extremely helpful when we got to our rooms after check-in. One of the rooms was not cleaned so I immediately went back downstairs and she was super helpful. Got us into a different room and for the rest of the night it was fine. Breakfast was good the next morning.”

“The room was in horrible condition, something like you stepped out of 1999. The hooks on the walls were falling out, and the bathroom had a ton of water damage.”

“When I first got to the hotel to check in, the lady that checked us in was very rude. We got the room and our floor where the air-conditioner was located was completely soaked and wet. The room had a molded smell to it and we always check around the bed and the mattress was really stained and dirty looking. I went back to the front desk to notify staff of the issue and was told there was nothing they could do, but offer a fan for the room. They stated all rooms were full and we were out of luck....
