“Room small, with no chair. No telephone for emergencies and no radio. Vanity in bathroom too small with open sides so things fall through the sides onto the floor. Towels scratchy and sometimes frayed. Room 412 in desperate need of repainting. Staff very courteous and helpful. Generally, I was disappointed in my room and likely will not stay there again.”

“The hotel had a strong, unpleasant odor, especially from the carpets, which looked old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Our room had several issues. The telephone was not working, so I couldn’t call the front desk. The bedside lamp was covered in greasy dust, making it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned. The toilet tank also had noticeable orange stains, which looked unsanitary. Because the phone didn’t work, I had to go downstairs to report the problems. I waited nearly five minutes...

Camere ok con comodo letto king e silenziose, wifi ok, aria condizionata, ampio parcheggio, il bagno andrebbe rinnovato. Altri servizi in camera: frigo, ampio schermo tv, ferro da stiro, phon, microonde, caffettiera usa, asse da stiro. La cassaforte non funziona, non forniscono cuffie per doccia, shampoo.
