“The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Right next to Robinsons shopping centre as well as lots of restaurants in walking distance. Will be back again for sure.”

“The staff is fluent in English, Thai, and Burmese. They're very helpful and courteous. The area is quite close to neighborhood cafes and teashops for dining. Onsite restaurant offers a good choice of fruit juices, hot drinks, and meals. For some reason, during my stay, I couldn't get hot water from the tap or in the shower -- it's not a big deal since it's in a hot region and a cool shower is preferable, but in case you must have your warm or hot shower, keep that in mind. ”

“The place is clean and quiet. Can walk to stores, market and restaurents. My bed, mattress, is litterally as hard as floor. It is okey for me but might not be for everyone. Internet wifi is available but a bit slow. But, i don't need it much, because my phone has unlimitted data for a month. ”

“Het hotel ligt 2 kilometer verder dan op de kaart door Hotels.com aangewezen. Dat was dus lang zoeken en veel vragen. Ligt niet inhet Centrum maar aan de buitenkant vlak bij weg 12. Het bed was prima en voor 100 baht kreeg ik een heel redelijk ontbijt. De badkamer is design en waarschijnlijk daarom lukt het het management niet om de wc-bril te vervangen. Dat is echt wel nodig”

The hotel is not open. It is closed. There is no one there. I had to find another hotel at the the drop of a hat. Not sure how I was able to book a hotel that is not open. I think this is on Expedia and not the hotel. ”

“Decent hotel, simple and cheap. No one really spoke English when we were there, which lead to a lot of miming. Local area isn’t the best, we just stayed for one night to catch an early morning bus.”

“It was very clean and new resort. They bollowed the bicycles and even it broken they said 'never mind'. I was really impressed by there service. If i go mesot again, i will visit there.

Local food is five minutes away. All staff is very friendly and they serve a delicious breakfast. I have stayed there two years in a row and consider it a second home while in Mae Sot.”
