“The location is great! Beautiful keystone lake with paddle boards and restaurants. Hiking and biking trails right there. Shuttle to River Run is very convenient. Dog friendly rooms and common areas very nice. Staff exceptional so friendly and helpful.
The building and rooms need updating it’s an aged facility that needs some TLC! Although spacious and comfortable needs paint, trim and new furniture badly!”
“It was a little confusing realizing that we would be in one Lodge and that there were so many different lodging options spread out over 2 mile radius. I had also sent a note letting someone know that my sister would be joining to early check-in and somehow that never got to your front desk. The place was in a good location. Other patrons were very loud early in the morning in the hallways with doors slamming.”
“Very spacious condo with great views and easy access to a beautiful trail. We loved spending time here as a family of four and enjoyed preparing and having our meals here. The one issue we had was that the dining area chairs were in poor condition. It also came as a surprise to us that you have to go down the stairs when you enter the entrance. But other than that, this was a great place for a very reasonable price. ”

The BEST part was that I didn’t get chased out of my room by housekeepers 30 seconds after check out time. No harassing phone calls. I really appreciate that, I felt much more respected compared to nearly every other hotel I’ve stayed at.

“We took it as an off season getaway to see the colors. Everything was good. Places to eat were a short drive. Coffee was available just across the lake. Clean nice place. We would go back again.
Note: The location has no hot tub - and in fairness that is stated in the description but I have never been to a mountain resort that didn't have one somewhere. ”
“The condo was a great size and comfortable for our group. The view is exceptional and the best part about the stay. Temperatures were warm, which was very pleasant everywhere but in the master/loft, which seemed to radiate a lot of heat off the wonderful but hot wall of windows. The kitchen was great and well equipped. Overall, we were very happy with this place.
