“The room was great and every single staff member I interacted with was fantastic. From check in, to breakfast, to my ride to the airport, they were all incredibly kind and helpful.”

“Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price.”

“This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My family just stayed one night and there were five of us. They brought an extra cot into the room so the five of us could fit. I had three teenagers. It was a little tight but for one night it was perfect. We used the pool and hot tub. Very clean. The toilet seats could be heated. Good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay there again.”

“I had a decent stay. The staff was nice enough, but very disorganized and (at times dismissive) while others were fantastic. They seemed to not know what was going on depending on who you came in contact with. This is a VERY sparse accommodation. Clean? Yes, but i have a feeling in a year or two it will reflect the level of quality they provide. There was no cup, coffee maker, or anything else useful to assist you in the kitchen…and a shampoo on the counter in the bathroom was the only...

“The hotel was right on a main road, so, easy to get to. The room was clean enough, and staff were pleasant. Two complaints: first, the water in the shower never got really hot. I let it run for a long time. The more serious complaint: there was no milk of any kind at breakfast. And no cold cereal except the granola that was to be used as a topping on waffles. There were staff all around. Why couldn't one of them have gone to a nearby store and bought milk? My husband eats cold cereal...

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel to say the least. Besides the GROSS markup on price for the Missoula Marathon weekend, the room that we got was $45 at best and that’s being generous. Pictures may be doctored and no where near actual real time. No other options to move to another location because everything is sold out. Being from out of town and booking way in advance we should have got one of the few updated and renovated rooms but unfortunately we didn’t. Pictures and...

“Great place to stay in downtown Missoula. Very clean and excellent rooms. Would definitely book here again if coming to Missoula.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. You can tell a recent renovation happened here. The location is great and easy to access restaurants and shops downtown. Parking was very accessible. I didn’t think I’d like not having staff working there and a front desk, but I’m a big fan now of having a key code to get into the building and my room! The fridge, microwave, and tea kettle were great in the room. Also there’s a stunning view out the front of the hotel!”
