“die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist super sauber und wir haben die ländliche Umgebung genossen. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. ”

“Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ha reso la permanenza veramente tranquilla e sono stati sempre disponibili ad aiutare e a dare informazioni con molta gentilezza e cordialità. L’hotel ha la fermata del bus per Lugano centro proprio di fronte, raggiungibile anche a piedi. La struttura è pulita e ordinata così come le camere. ”

“The property is in a great location, just some steps to Volta square and plaza Cavour, near to train station, the room is clean and quiet, everything works well, it would be appreciated more coffee capsules in the room. The instructions to pick up the key and how to enter is enoigh clear (you need internet to see instructions), the rooms are exactly on left hand (brown door) after you passed across 3 glass doors.”

“The property is located opposite the Duomo - very central and close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, shops. Unfortunately due to train delays, we didn't arrive until after the reception was closed for the night, however, communication from the property was excellent and very reassuring and full access details were provided. The room was lovely with a large very comfortable bed. An excellent shower room and separate, large toilet. Toiletries were good and slippers also provided. Tea and coffee...

“wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht mussten aber wegen Krankheit eine stornieren lassen. Dass kostete uns trotz Zeiteinhaltung dann noch 20€.-Aber egal! Das zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad geräumig, in neu renoviertem Zustand. .Alter solider Bau und daher ohne NEBEN-Geräusche. Das einzige ist für längeren Aufenthalt, dass es nur sehr wenig Tagesliccht rein lässt. Der See mit Badestrand(öffentlich) ist ca. 100m Fussweg. Wir werden wieder hinfahren für kurze Aufenthalte.”
