“The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel.”

“The check-in staff wasn’t very helpful, especially when valeting cars and asking for the car to be brought up it took 15 mins and there was no staff in the front during that time .”

Unit had tracking on it and watched it move before it was turned off. Will be filing a police report and continuing to demand the issue be resolved and replacement of my device be satisfied”
