Hotel vicino a Main Hellgate Trailhead - Missoula

“The front desk argued about the # of nights I had reserved even tho I had the confirmation number to prove it. One person was helpful the other was very rude and tried to make me feel bad cause I used your site. He also tried to tell me I had to pay for one night-which was 2x what I paid. Also the carpet was horrible in the room-could feel the dirt on floor.”

“I am unhappy with Expedia, I didn't get a AAA discount or anything like that and on top of it when I checked out I didn't get a statement telling me what my charges were. I was told since I booked through Expedia they would email me my bill. And on top of that, when I went through Expedia I accidentally signed up for some kind of insurance and tried to cancel it and I couldn't get the verbal advisor to let me talk to a real person. I do NOT want that insurance!!!!”

“This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My family just stayed one night and there were five of us. They brought an extra cot into the room so the five of us could fit. I had three teenagers. It was a little tight but for one night it was perfect. We used the pool and hot tub. Very clean. The toilet seats could be heated. Good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The hotel was right on a main road, so, easy to get to. The room was clean enough, and staff were pleasant. Two complaints: first, the water in the shower never got really hot. I let it run for a long time. The more serious complaint: there was no milk of any kind at breakfast. And no cold cereal except the granola that was to be used as a topping on waffles. There were staff all around. Why couldn't one of them have gone to a nearby store and bought milk? My husband eats cold cereal...

“I had a decent stay. The staff was nice enough, but very disorganized and (at times dismissive) while others were fantastic. They seemed to not know what was going on depending on who you came in contact with. This is a VERY sparse accommodation. Clean? Yes, but i have a feeling in a year or two it will reflect the level of quality they provide. “The room was very clean and comfortable. You can tell a recent renovation happened here. The location is great and easy to access restaurants and shops downtown. Parking was very accessible. I didn’t think I’d like not having staff working there and a front desk, but I’m a big fan now of having a key code to get into the building and my room! The fridge, microwave, and tea kettle were great in the room. Also there’s a stunning view out the front of the hotel!”
