“Waited till 5 pm to check in..then a room with the restaurant vent directly in front of balcony. On 3 rd floor...no partial ocean view as described...restaurant flavors had no depth in the dishes... everything is. Over priced... 2 hundred more i d atay at 4 season's..better everything....”

“Room was cute and worked for our night stay. Beautiful view of the beach from the deck. Patio furniture could use a good cleaning. Did not have a top sheet on either bed, which was strange. And the parking is very tight. It’s in a very walkable location. ”

“We had an oceanfront room on the 2nd floor, and it was a beautiful space—clean and well-maintained. We appreciated having water in the fridge, as we usually bring our own. The main pool was lovely, but we couldn't find any seats because they were all taken. We tried to reserve two lounges in their reserved area with an ocean view for a couple of hours, but it was priced at $250 for two people, which seemed excessive, especially since no one was using them. They should have offered it at half...

“Stayed 3 nights. Really clean and an amazing, friendly, helpful staff. Good location (great would be on the water).. With a 3 day rental bike from Fresch E-bikes, we were able to go everywhere.”

“I checked in and got my room key. When I stepped in the room I immediately noticed there was no smoke detector just wires hanging from the ceiling where one had once been taped. I went to the office and they told me there was a different system and “the guy is coming tomorrow to patch it”. I was staying two nights. So my room is being renovated while I am there? Although the staff was nice and offered to get me a different room I made the call not to stay there. ”

“This was possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I get it, you get what you pay for and things happen but this was too much. I got to my room and just wanted to nap after a 10 hour work day. I went to lay down and turn the TV only for the TV to not work. I thought Ok I will call the front desk, I grab the phone to dial and the phone is not connected/not working. As I reach for my Cell Phone to call the hotel someone tries to enter my room (I believe it was housekeeping but...

“Very nice room and great customer service from the front desk staff. Breakfast options were great and got our food nice and easy. The kids enjoyed their time in the pool and adults enjoyed some of the beverages from the bar. ”

“I stayed here about 2 years ago when it was under Sonder and we had a pretty positive experience! They advertise themselves appropriately so I knew we weren’t getting some snazz hotel by any means. Decided to go again this year because i know this is a great budget choice for the area. Location is stellar. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Parking was fine and right up to the hotel.
