“Property was not as advertised or shown in photos”

“We stayed 3 days. The smoking area was filthy and trash was all over the back parking lot. The breakfast only consisted of eggs and waffles and apples. No milk or cereal for breakfast.”

“The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food”

“Cool and fun”

“Did not stay when we turned the cover and found roaches. Entry way couch looked and smelled like someone slept on it with their pets. Not a clean place. I will tell people to stay away unless you want to take home their insects.”

“Needs some love and care , but still a fun place to stay. We had a good time.”

“The bed at this Holiday Inn was the best bed I have slept in besides my own. Very comfortable. They did need to take the trash in the front out. It was full overflowing. Everything else was great! Great breakfast also.”

“Second time staying here since March. Although the building is older, the rooms are updated and impeccably clean! We used the pool for a couple hours in the afternoon and it was very nice. Encore Lakeside Grill on the property has very good food, great service and beautiful view!”

“This “resort” is overall awful. It’s in terrible condition and clearly not at all maintained. The bathroom in the rooms specifically the shower and toilet areas were dirty but beyond that you could not clean them if you tried. They need to be fully renovated. The hallways and exterior is disintegrating. Find somewhere else to stay until they treat this down and rebuild. ”

“We have been to a couple place around the area. This was our favorite.”

“The room was very spacious. Clean. Bed was comfortable. AC worked nicely and not very noisy. Easy access. Great parking. Would definitely stay again.”

“There were roaches in the room and then I couldn’t get ahold of any staff.”
