“I originally booked the room for one night from Expedia and the following morning at 7 AM. I went to the office and asked if I could pay for another night and they told me because I booked through third-party that they were requiring me to check out at 11 and then come back and check in again at three. “Everything is disgusting, there’s roaches everywhere, no smoke detectors in the rooms, the doors barely have a lock and look like they’ve been broken into before, smoke holes in the sheets, even though we asked for a non-smoking room, everything smelled like smoke and mildew, random pieces of wood left in the room, pieces of the wall have been ripped off or there’s holes in the wall, I could keep going on. Only stay here if you need a cheap last resort bed to sleep on.”

“Property was well maintained, believe it’s 5 years old, room was extremely clean and big and air conditioner was excellent, which is an important feature for me. The hotel is in great location near restaurants, farmer’s market, shops, etc. This is our second time staying at this property and was again a wonderful experience.”

“Great property, clean rooms. Nice staff. I really enjoyed my stay. However, just like many hotels, the air conditioning unit is loud, even with ear plugs, and doesn’t accommodate a restful sleep. Many hotels have this. Central air is quieter and allows for restful sleep.”

“The hotel itself was nice. However, the beds need to be updated. They are very very firm and very hard to sleep on. If you like a firm bed you’ll love this. I couldn’t deal with it. I booked for two nights and had to check out one night early due to the bad situation also, it is parked along I four and it is very noisy at night understanding that it was the Fourth of July weekend. “Property looks nothing like the pictures , very old hotel , rooms could use serious upgrades . Breakfast very low quality . Location is good, many eating options within walking distance .”

“The hotel was ok, it served its purpose as far as a safe, clean place to spend the night. I was not impressed by the cafe attendant when I asked if it was possible to make the chicken Caesar salad gluten free by omitting the croutons and he proceeded to tell me why that was the worst, most unhealthy option for a salad.”

“The rooms appear better online than in person. I had to switch rooms because my first room had a hole in the ceiling and it reeked of mildew. The second room still had a small stitch of mildew but not so much. They charged for parking which is so wild to me when hotels do that. But the staff was really nice and friendly. Also, on the pictures it appears to have washer and dryers in rooms but they don't. Maybe I just looked at the photos wrong.”
