“I would stay here again. Room was clean and convenient to shopping and dining. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from Very professional helpful and friendly staff at the front desk Hot tub and pool were very enjoyable Safe and Great location Amenities were available and adequate”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless. Didn't get to use the pool but it appeared to also be spotless. Noise level was minimal. My only mild inconvenience was that the air conditioner is a bit noisy and it does kick on and off VERY frequently which was a little annoying, but I don't think that's anyone's fault! ”

“The room was clean and nice. However in the breakfast area - the carpet was already quite stained and this is a newer hotel. Kind of gross. The front desk person was rude I felt. I went to check out and I was getting late for an appointment. The person was on the phone was laser focused on the call and did not ever look at me. Several minutes go by and still didnt acknowledge me or look at me. Finally I said " I have to go and pointed to the room key I layed on the desk. Her eyes flicked...

“Rooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on.”

“The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me.”

“As soon as you walk in, there is an old dingy odor. When we got in the room the furniture was stained and or damaged. There was no remote control in the room. When I called down to the front desk, toe very helpful and friendly young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and brought up a remote control within minutes. We were third and went right to sleep. When we woke up, I was brushing my teeth and there was a huge bug in the drain of the sink, causing me to get sick. We immediately left...

“At first glance we were happy with the hotel. However, when we took the kids to the pool we saw clumps of hair on the ground and in the pool. We figured it was just from some kiddos. However, when we got to our room and looked there was more hair in the sheets when we pulled them back, and on the pull sofa bed we saw white stains on the couch. The mattress on the sofa bed was also straight springs and not sleepable. I will say the person at the front desk felt horrible and was very polite.”
