“Room was good and nice air conditioner same as normal ”

“We like the property but the way they handle the bookings were poor. We didn't get the rooms that we paid for instead negotiated with us to give us other rooms and just provided extra bedding. We booked 7 Family villas but we only got 3. Some guests were also complaining about it when we were checking in. The complimentary kits were not completed and we need to ask for it. The front porch were not cleaned properly and had a couple of trash. At least, the buffet staffs were nice and friendly. ”

“Very conveniently located close to SM mall, major hospitals , a great arcade with restaurants and cafes. It’s a safe and central area. The hotel is very clean(they make up the rooms daily and change the linens and towels everyday), peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful (we needed an iron for our clothes and a boiler and they provided it quickly). The price is also honest and matching the overall quality of the hotel.
