The elevators are a mess: one doesn't work at all, the other oneust be pushed in the exact right spot lower left corner to reach the lobby. Still, it is tempermental. I ended up stuck in the elevator 2x for a minute after repeatedly pushing where I was told to do. The hot water went out on Sunday night. “Very nice room, living room, kitchen, bedroom with king size bed. Very reasonably priced . The breakfast provided was generic, but still provided several selections. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc.”

“This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville.”
