“The picture of the place were nice but when we got there it looked nothing like the pictures. The people in the room above us were constantly stomping around night and day, the person next to us kept slamming their door all the time. The included breakfast was crap. All they had was 1 waffle maker and the line was long it took the whole 2 hours to get to it. No meat, No eggs, No fruit, no yogurt, nothing to drink. “Albergo vecchio, decadente, scadente. Aria condizionata con filtro supersporco Stanze vicine tanto che alle 4.30 di mattina uno per farsi la doccia mi ha svegliato con il rumore dell'acqua che scrosciava che pareva fosse rotta la tubazione. E' l'ultima volta che mi ha visto. Prezzo a 120 dollari per un servizio scadente. ”

“Molto pulito, camera spaziosa, due letti queen molto comodi. Possibilità di parcheggio che abbiamo sfruttato (a pagamento) molto utile. Possibilità di colazione che non abbiamo sfruttato perchè l'albergo è situato a pochi passi da tante caffetterie e locali. posizione molto comoda per vedere le cascate del Niagara. Struttura consigliata.”

“The view and area of the hotel are not bad. We ate at Jacos across the street the first night and it was great! The beds were HORRIBLE! Felt every spring. They made so much noise just rolling over at night, it would wake us up. We were there for work/pleasure but would not use this hotel again. Staff was friendly but hotel needs maintenance to come through. It was not worth the money we spent.”

“Other than being able to hear every footstep and every movement from the halls, crying children, some strange grinding noises outside, this facility is excellent. It’s a shame really because the staff are great, our room was spotless, bed was comfortable and the location is great. They just need some thicker walls and floors.”

“The staff were wonderful! Very friendly. Very helpful. The room was clean. And the beds were comfortable. The shower was nice. The hotel provided shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The bathroom sink had body wash & lotion. The breakfast was nice. I even enjoyed the coffee at breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Pet friendly. I have to bring my service dog. “We went for an extended weekend, for our nieces UB graduation. The room was clean with fresh clean sent, full amenities blow dryer, iron and iron board. The bed was super comfy. Small fridge n microwave. The property was clean breakfast buffet was simple but nice. Waffles, eggs, sausages, choice different breads and muffins, cereal and fruits.
