Hotel a Malolo

"L’unico vero pregio di questo albergo è la vicinanza all’aeroporto di Nadi, comodo se si deve prendere un volo presto. Per il resto l’esperienza è stata molto deludente. La notte scorsa è stato impossibile dormire: fino all’una c’era un continuo via vai di persone rumorose, con chiasso, bagagli trascinati e addirittura gente che cantava. Proprio ciò che non serve a chi vuole riposarsi prima di un volo. La camera non era pulita: il letto presentava macchie evidenti, il terrazzino esterno era trascurato e poco curato. Gli asciugamani forniti erano pochi e di dimensioni ridotte. Inoltre la struttura è attualmente in ristrutturazione, con ulteriori disagi. In sintesi, a parte la posizione comoda rispetto all’aeroporto, non ho trovato nessun aspetto positivo. Non lo consiglierei soprattutto se per riposare. "

"Water sports center: the service felt unprofessional. The manager, Simi, was often unfriendly and decided arbitrarily which activities were available, sometimes denying them to us while allowing other guests. • Dining: lunch service was extremely slow (at least one hour after ordering). During a private beach lunch we even saw the chef tasting the sauce with his fingers, licking them, and putting them back into the pot – unacceptable for a luxury resort. • Housekeeping and common areas: there was a noticeable shortage of towels in the room, and in the relaxation area clean towels and bathrobes were often unavailable. • Wi-Fi: the connection almost never worked, which is completely unacceptable for a property of this category. • Night disturbance: one night we were woken up twice by calls from the reception (at midnight and again at 1:30 a.m.), presumably by mistake. This seriously disrupted our rest and should never happen in a luxury resort. The location is undeniably beautiful, but the level of service and attention to guests did not match our expectations nor the price charged. "

"Bel posto. Peccato per il cibo non molto buono e con poca possibilità di scelta. Purtroppo e’ stato difficile far rispettare le nostre intolleranze alimentari anche se comunicate piu’ e piu’ volte."
