Well deserved half term break

Pro: Well paid out hotel with great entertainment.
Contro: Good a little repetative
Posizione: Fantastic location, easily accessible for all amenities.
Room for a family of 3 was perfect, enough privacy for all the family

Pro: Hotel immenso che tiene circa 1200 pax.gli spazi comuni sono molto grandi e lasciano spazio a a gran quantità di esse. Pulizia impeccabile,anche in camera dove veniva fatto un cambio (a mio parere giornaliero) di lenzuola e asciugamani. Molto bravi gli animatori e anche i camerieri del bar.. piscine per ogni età! 3 piccole x i più piccoli e una grande con varie altezze..
Contro: Passando alle cose che mi sono piaciute meno,in primis il cibo! Essendo un hotel occupato in gran maggioranza da inglesi e americani la cucina è adattata alle loro esigenze (presumo) e noi italiani facciamo molta fatica ad abituarci... io nel complesso nn sono stata soddisfatta.. un sacco di cose fritte,carne e pesce accompagnati da intingoli vari x riuscire a mangiarli perché sempre stra cotti (a parte qualche caso ) uso abbondante di dadi e spezie che a volte rovinavano pure la verdura al vapore.. dolci e torte quasi tutti a base di panna o creme aromatizzate. Colazione migliore è personale disponibile. Personale non sempre carino alla reception. ..

My husband and I just came back from Malta. We spent six nights at Db San Antonio hotel & SPA. The hotel was very busy during our stay. We had a standard room on 8th floor. All in all it was a very good experience. The room was spacious and clean with a fridge and a kettle with supply of coffee and tea. The bed was comfortable; housecleaning was very good throughout all stay. Room was equipped with A/C but it didn’t work it’s supposed to and it felt very hot in the room. My husband believes the hotel had control over A/C setting and didn’t let the temperature to drop down lower certain level. We wish the hotel offered better toiletries and better quality of toilet paper (it was very cheap). Elevators had a very sophisticated and convenient system of operating. Unfortunately, there were lots of flickering lights in hotel’s halls and even elevator’s cars. We enjoyed food in all restaurants the hotel offered. Main buffet had a good variety and quality of food. We went to Tagine (Moroccan/Indian restaurant) and Bistro. Both restaurants had great selection of food and good service. I really enjoyed chicken breast staffed with crab meat in Bistro. The hotel is located very close to a bus station and aquarium in a very busy tourist area. The hotel has ironing room on the 4th floor and one can obtain a key card from reception free of charge. Also, they offer a breakfast in case of early departure. We would, definitely, recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Lovely Hotel

Pro: Pretty much everything
Contro: Air-con, bathroom extractor & the Q-Zins restaurant was closed, wedding receptions & events take over, so areas were closed without any prior notice
Posizione: Location was terrific, a short stroll from bars, restaurant & strolls by the sea
Booked a family room for the 3 of us, very small room, complained & they very kindly upgraded us to a duplex, unfortunately air-con is pretty ineffective & bathroom extractor fan is just a hole in the wall, this is for all rooms apparently. But none of this really matters as the rest was just stunning, we would definitely recommend this hotel

Pro: The room was lovely and worth paying for a sea view
Contro: The food. Also rooms - there was a lovely pack on arrival that had three cotton pads and three earbuds - it was never replaced when used - small cost
Posizione: There are tourist shops and supermarkets within walking distance but nothing else. The local buses can easily be taken to Valetta, Mosta and Mdina
Rooms are great and most staff caring and helpful (especially Fernanda in the Bistro). The main restaurant Gueliz is like a cafeteria with an almost histeria to get as much as possible. The other restaurants were ok but again the food lacked finesse e,g, I had the beef carpaccio in the Bistro - the plate was decorated well but the beef was twice the usual thickness and lacked taste. Some of the staff were a bit grumpy e.g. the towel girl was more interested in her phone than serving people.

Quality hotel convenient for beach, amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First time we'd done all inclusive and we found it very acceptable and convenient. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The pool area on the roof was a great spot to sunbathe.

Great hotel in Buggiba

Pro: Facilities - room, gym, pools and restaurants - were very good.
Contro: Hotel WiFi was the only real disappointment and entertainment at hotel a bit limited.
Posizione: Close to bus station so easy to get out and about in Malta. Near to resort centre with bars, etc.
Had a really enjoyable 10 day break at this hotel staying on an all-inclusive basis.

Hôtel agréable dans sa gamme

Pro: L'hôtel dans son ensemble, la variété des possibilités et la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel.
Contro: Le restaurant principal est bien trop bruyant : salle immense qui résonne.
Posizione: Saint Paul's Bay est une zone dédiée aux touristes : il y en a pour tous les gouts. L'île est petite et les bus bien étudiés : facile de visiter
Un hôtel sympathique : une fois mis de côté les réticences liées à ce genre d'hôtel (consommation de masse) et les désagréments que cela engendre (assumons nos choix). Hôtel récent (ouvert en 2015), le personnel est sympathique et souriant, les aménagements bien faits, les repas sont variés (bémol sur les fruits et légumes tous très verts). Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses, la climatisation efficace et l'insonorisation correcte.

Hôtel au top , bon Buffet , 5 restaurant de qualité compris dans la formule all inclusive , piscine au 10 eme étage au calme avec une vue splendide et interdit au moins de 16 ans. QuelQues bémols pas de baignoire simplement une douche dans les chambres classiques dommage pour un 4 étoiles et mer à quelques pas en sortant de l'hôtel mais plage rocheuse . Ménage fait tous les jours dans la chambre. Certains personnels de l'hôtel parlent français

Not a great Experience!!

On arrival we were allocated a very spacious and beautifully furnished room on the seventh floor Room 782 with lovely sea views room. The first afternoon we took a well deserved rest in the room with the air conditioning running at full blast ( Not Cold Air but warm??) however by early evening the room was hotter than when we arrived. We complained with various responses from the reception including a visit from a representative from management however we found her extremely rude and certainly in my opion was in the wrong job, perhaps better suited to becoming a prison guard!! As the hotel was fully booked we weren't offered an alternative room until the night Manager Mark found us a cooler room 331 for us to rest our weary heads around 11pm. The following morning we were offered a room however this wasn't a patch on room 782. We eventually decided to stay put with an override to the air conditioning 24hours a day and an additional floor mounted fan plus the ceiling fan, despite all this the room still became far too hot from Mid afternoon until 10pm and it was so hot we had to open the patio door to the balcony to cool the room down.
