good hotel, rooms at rear noisy from traffic

Contro: Double glazing to patio doors to main road required.
Posizione: Near to the bus stop, shops and restaurants.
Clean hotel with pleasant staff. Lounge comfortable with WiFi. Try to avoid rooms at the rear of hotel. Lounge/diner no window, one bedroom internal window, other bedroom patio doors to very noisy main road. Noisy from 5.00am.

Posizione: The location was ok though a distant from a beach.
This was a self catering apartment and the downfall was that the bed and kitchenette was in one room and the fridge was very noisy. Would have benefited also from having salt and pepper etc in the kitchen.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer zur Straße waren ziemlich laut. Leider ein Wlan auf den Zimmern.

Posizione: Hotellet ligger som på baksidan av Bugibba.
Hotellet är bedagat.De har gjort punktinsatser som att lobbyn är fin och inomhuspoolen.Vi hade tvårumslägenhet som var stor och funktionell men ocharmig. Fin havsutsikt från balkongen men i skugga hela dagen vilket säkert kan vara positivt på sommaren. Ingen strand utan mer som att bada från klippa med trappavsatser nedanför stadens betong. Vattnet synbart rent och fantastiskt.

Dårligste hotel nogensinde

Posizione: Ingen aktiviteter som man ikke kan alle andre steder også. Frarådes især til gangbesværet.
Første oplevelse er, der aldrig bliver svaret på mails vedr. lufthavnstransport. Vi ankommer til en lejlighed med to soveværelser, køkken og bad indrettet som en lang mørk gang, uden et eneste vindue. I bagerst rum ligger soveværelse med eneste lys fra altandør, der vender ud til så trafikeret vej, at en samtale er umulig der. Alle møbler bliver sorte af bilos hver dag og da gulvet ikke bliver vasket der, er det en ferie med meget sorte fødder konstant. På værelset med 1½ mands seng (uden vinduer) er der redt op med dobbeltdyne, hvorfor det ikke er ideelt til andet end et par. Desuden er sengene så slidte, at man sover elendigt. Pool, spa osv. ligger på den anden side af vejen og benyttes ikke kun af hotellets gæster. Her findes der en lang række forbud og kan slet ikke anbefales til børn under 16 år. Hotellet var uhjælpsomme med nyt værelse eller penge retur og da man på Malta normalt kan få meget hotel for pengene, ligger dette i en alt for høj prisklasse i forhold til, hvad man får for pengene. Internettet findes kun I receptionen og virker langt fra altid. Beliggenheden kan også findes meget bedre på Malta, så heller ikke her, er de bedre end andre og endda billigere hoteller.

We are happy to know that you were satisfied with the size of the room, however, we would like to offer our apologies if you felt the room was lacking windows or the traffic was too noisy. Even though we try to satisfy every customer's choice and location of the room, we regretfully encounter the limitation of the availability. Thank you for bringing up the consideration of the furniture update needed. The hotel renovation plan is set to be implemented in the following months and the furniture renewal is part of it. Also, we are sorry you felt like the location of the pool facilities is inconvenient, however, the hotel offers a separate outside pool area for children, while in regards to the indoor pool, children under the age of 16 are welcomed to use the area on specific entry hours which are Mon-Fri: 11:00-13:30 & 15:30-17:30 and Sat-Sun 11:00-16:30. Thank you for expressing your consideration in regards to the WiFi connection. We always try to inform our guests about WiFi availability at the lobby prior to their booking confirmation as well as during the check in. We would like to apologise if you weren’t informed and for your disappointment experienced. Once again, thank you for your review shared. Your feedback is valuable to us as we strive to improve with each and every stay, so we will take proactive steps to ensure that the considerations mentioned would be addressed. Toller Blick, innen naja.

Posizione: Hotel in Qawra, vor der Tür fahren Busse nach Valetta und zu anderen Orten. Die Pool "Landschaft" ist ganz ordentlich, es gibt ein Fitnesscenter+Spa
Unser Apartment war groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnzimmermöbel waren etwas schrabbelig, die Balkonplastikmöbel haben wir selbst erstmal abgewischt, schön wären Polster oder eine Tischdecke. Die Küche ist ausreichend und ordentlich ausgestattet, sauber, das Bad auch. Ganz unangenehm sind die Fenster der Schlafzimmer, sie gehen in einen Schacht, in dem alle Abflussrohre liegen, man kann sie eigentlich nicht offen lassen. Es ist ok, wenn man es weiß, aber wir hatten darüber keine Info. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer über die Bucht ist super und die Scheiben sind so sauber, dass ich zweimal dagegen gelaufen bin... Toll wäre, wenn der Essplatz an dieser Stelle wäre und nicht im dunklen Durchgang. Aber das sieht wahrscheinlich jeder Gast anders. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein schmutziger Toaster wurde sofort durch einen nagelneuen erstetzt. Das Restaurant würde ich nicht empfehlen, ok, aber nicht dem Preis angemessen.
