An upgrade on the loveseat would be my only negative. When made into a bed, the head of the mattress sinks into oblivion, lol. Very minor issue, but would make sleeping...

Parking lot was well lit and area felt very safe. Lots of nearby restaurants. We stayed a single night to take our grandchildren to Blue Springs State Park which was so worth the trip. ”
