Hotel a Manglutān

“The property is new and have a lot of potential, but unfortunately sheets were dirty and towels smelled of damp. Toilet paper was not enough and they were stingy if you asked for more. Food was good, but waiters were slow and they didn’t seem to understand what their job implies (they forgot to give you glasses or cutlery unless you specifically asked for them). “Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Anlage sehr gut gestaltet. Internationale Küche. Sonderwünsche beim Frühstück stets erfüllt. Lobby sehr großzügig mit täglicher Abendunterhaltung.Hotel erfüllt internationale Standards. Diezimmer sind groß, sehr modern und sauber.”

“Room was nice, checkin process was smooth but we had no hot water in our room for shower. We were asked to use another room for shower instead of moving us in a different room to resolve the issue. It was an odd experience.”

“Rooms have nice layout and are okay. Since I found the towels and bed linen not clean enough I did not want to stay any longer in my room. They were somewhat washed but not acceptable for anyone with higher hygienic standards. Overall hotel is ok , I guess, and area too. Just couldn’t trust it.”
