Tutto nuovo, personale gentilissimo, camera molto pulita. Alcuni giorni non è stato rifatto il letto o svuotato il cestino.
Bisogna fare attenzione alla cauzione alta: 150 dollari al giorno per un massimo di 750 dollari, NON È INDICATA NELLE NOTE DI EXPEDIA.
Un buon soggiorno, consigliassimo soprattutto per la posizione davvero eccezionale, unica!

The hotel si a new structure. Very well posizioned, near Brryant Park, beautifull forniture, very good staff. Rooms are just a little bit small and there arent drawers for clothes, but are confortable and the restroom has a big shower.

Struttura già vecchia pur essendo nuovo. Stanza minuscola, bagno ok. niente wifi in camera. quando l'abbiamo detto alla reception ci hanno dato l'accesso al privato loro (dunque sanno benissimo che non funziona). aria condizionata rumorosissima. impossibile da tenere accesa di notte. 2 ascensori per 26 piani per 8 camere per piano, che usano anche per i servizi (pulizia, manutenzione, etc): ho aspettato una volta 8 minuti ...unica cosa positiva è la vicinanza a tutto, in pieno centro di Manhattan.

Data di pubblicazione: 25 ago 2019 su HotelsHotel in posizione centrale vicino Bryant Park e a 10 min da Times Square. Location nuovissima, stanze e bagni nuovi con piccola vista sulla cittá. Unica pecca stanze un po’ piccole senza un armadio spazioso. Rooftop bellissimo e bar all ingresso con musica, ma chiudono presto 😞 alle 23.00 max. Per gli standard di New York é ottimo!

The rooftop's incredible view of the Empire State Building! We also were given 2 free drink coupons. 5 big pillows per bed and comfy. Lotion smelled nice. Great eats on the street. Lighting in the gym bathrooms was dark.

Staff needs a lot of training because there customer service is horrible and they need to do a full maintenance check on every room after it’s been used. My shower wasn’t working as soon as I checked in.
