Posizione ottima per dirigersi verso ogni zona. Accettabile servizio colazione. Hotel nel complesso vecchio, pulizia nelle camere poco efficiente. Poco generosi con i bagnoschiuma ed i servizi di toilette per chi alloggia e viene da lontano. Per un hotel a 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe molto di più.

The entrance of the hotel and the lobby is pretty. The location of the hotel is great... I went to different places around NYC walking, without taking a taxi or the train. A man that works in the hotel named Néstor was very kind; he helped me and my family before arriving to NY, then he received us and explained us a lot of things to do, see, go, use. He was polite.
In the hotel there is a Starbucks place, and a woman named Isa was not so polite with me and my family... and with no reason. We are not from USA, and we speak English, but there are some things that we do not understand, so we asked for some things, and she was always in a hurry and not so welcoming; she was not so nice. On the other hand, the man from there, José, was really nice to us.

Adored this place! Everything was so clean and orderly, and the hotel staff was so nice and willing to help us with any problem we had!
