“Some staff were rude some were friendly it depends on who you get. Place is older and it shows with ware and tare but it is ok for the price and was clean without bugs or pests. It’s gated and secure. Obnoxious party people were there but that’s New Orleans for you, not the hotels fault. You get what you pay for and it’s under 100 a night most days so book it if you are on a budget, if not go with better but if you want to save some money like I did. It was ok overall. ”

“Horrible hotel. Rooms are nasty and smelly. Sofa beds are falling apart and terrible for sleeping. Shower is rusty. Room is overall outdated and not worth the price. ”

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The reviews from a year ago still stand true today. Soon as you walk in you're hit with smell of wet carpet and mildew. The guy at the front desk was visibly frustrated and upset. Very unprofessional. When yoy check in apparently he texts your information to the manager so he can check you in from wherever he may be. My room did not have a microwave. TV didnt work. One set of towels. When I asked for more I was told their was only 1 towel available. I witnessed...

“Great location near trolley on St. Charles and shops/restaurants on Magazine, yet in an overall quiet location. Staff was super accomodating.”

“Great breakfast! Great location. Stayed there for a visit to children’s hospital. Carpet was dirty. Our baby’s knees were black after crawling for 5 minutes. All I could see were the streets of Nola on the carpets. But if dirty carpet doesn’t bother you, this place really is very nice! ”

“The shower walls had not been wiped down in quite some time. Soap and shampoo residue was obvious. There was an area on the floor in front of the sink was slippery like it had an oil residue. Those were my only complaints. The room was cozy and stylish. They made my bed and refreshed towels daily which I really enjoyed. The staff were all very nice except for one gentleman. The pool area was perfection! I loved the covered areas which allowed me to sit outside comfortably without getting too...

“Our stay at the Terrell House was wonderful. Michelle and the staff made sure our arrival went smoothly and explained everything we needed to know. You're pretty close to great restaurants and shops (about a half mile - walk or Uber). They recommended Gris Gris and it was great - we ate their twice in 3 days. Finally, the breakfasts were superb. When we come back to New Orleans, we'll stay here again.”

“Fantastico. Camere pulitissime, zona servita da ogni cosa, ristoranti, farmacie, negozi, vicinissima alle dimore storiche del Garden District. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. Tutto eccellente. P.S. attraversate la strada e il tram n 12 vi porta dritti al French Quarter. Che altro aggiungere? Grazie!”
