“Super slow trams. Empty towel bins all over the property. Towers are extremely far from front desk and tram wait can be very long! Not ADA friendly as bridges all had stairs and going around them would take very long due to how massive the property is.”

“We love here! The beach is in front of the hotel, very easy to access. The pools are pretty nice size, not huge. The room is so clean and nice size, the beds are so comfortable. We love the location as well, it is super easy to access 2 properties so we don’t have to eat everything in here everyday. I wish they have some shower room in the fitness area because our flight is later time so we stayed in the pool after checkout time. “Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area.
