“Rooms were fantastic for families and the resort was beautiful. The easy access to the main Hilton property was wonderful and our kids loved it. Super easy access to the restaurants and stores near by as well. Overall, couldn't have been happier with our choice.”

“Ultimately, we had an amazing vacation at an incredible resort! We did reserve this property because of its location, and it did not fail! I would not hesitate to reserve your stay here. The pool was incredible! They do have a tram that brings you from one end of this enormous resort to another, but the tram was not working during our stay. “The hotel is dated and need full renovation. The location is good but in some areas they allow outside people to use the amenities. I had a late fight leaving Kona 9:55pm and asked for a possible extension of my stay willing to pay additional charge for the extra hours. Basically they said they were totally booked so I need to pay full day charge to stay an extra 5 hours in my room. It was a rip-off! “Having a full kitchen was great. Plenty of room in fridge for drinks and snacks.”

“The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am.
