“I was amazed by this wonderful little 💎. Smoking rooms are available. The area is peaceful and pleasant. Everything you will need is within a mile or two. Great restaurants within walking distance.”

“When arriving front Desk representatives was real friendly at check in he advised me that I only reserve a 1 bed king size. My fault. He got me in with 2 queen beds room but room was not ready wait it for a while then notified me that room is ready upon entering room trash was left behind some on floor and waist baskets so I picked it up then noticed that room was not vacuumed and rest room door was damaged and would not close right. Plus there was a smell in the room and it smelled like mildew...

“The room was very clean. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was adequate. It was the typical scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes with bacon bits. You had a choice of cold cereals or oatmeal. Breads consisted of toast, bagels, or muffins. Juices and coffee or tea. Everything was self-serve. Everything was clean and neat but just the run of the mill budget hotel breakfast.”

“The breakfast was almost nonexistent. Juice and milk were in a gallon jug. There were a few yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, and one waffle iron.”

“Clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location downtown. We stayed 3 nights with our kids for the 4th of July and it was a great experience. This would also be the perfect place to stay for an event at the BOK center. On a side note, the area has a lot of homeless folks. Nothing the hotel can do about it. But an added bonus for the hotel is that the parking garage is secure and covered. Just don’t plan on walking too far unless you want to be surrounded by a horde of the homeless.”

“The neighborhood was bad. My daughter felt unsafe. The door lock inadequate. I had to rebook.”

“The room had some stains on the carpet, but everything was decent. I’d stay there again, but wish it felt a little cleaner. I always appreciate it when you walk into a hotel room and it feels like you’re the first person to stay in there”

“Bug in bed and dirty sheets can't even get a refund even partial so now I sleep in my car”

“This is our second time coming here and we’ll return anytime we come through time. Consistently clean, well maintained, and very dependable for our family of 5.”

“Floor was dirty when checked in. Housekeeping said she cleaned room everyday but never came in the room except the last day when I forgot to lock the door. Shower is better if you are 5 and a half feet tall.”

“My sister and I stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites, Tulsa for 5 days while visiting our daughter/neice. The hotel was very clean. The water pressure and hot water worked l so well. The ac in the room was nice and cool. Arlene who works in cafeteria was very personable and hard working. She made sure the food was always topped up and the surroundings were clean. Lindsay and Kellan at the front desk were amazingly helpful and sweet. Will we ever come back, you ask? We most certainly will!”

“Not very accommodating accessible units. Toilet was not easily accessible and tub/shower did not have an adjustable shower wand. Expected better from a Hyatt brand”
