“The pictures make this spot look a little bit nicer than it is, but we really enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff. The elevator was laughably small but it seems to be a standard across Europe, just wasn’t expecting it. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had great lighting, it was surprisingly quiet even though it was right by a bit of a popular night area. “Il bar é caro. Ma per il resto la struttura é bene organizzata, la camera spaziosa e il tram é a portata di mano.”

“Abbiamo prenotato senza avere info sul fatto che la stanza srebbe stata all'ultimo piano, il sesto, ma che l'ascensore arriva fino al quinto. Forse la tariffa, conveniente, avrebbe dovuto darci indicazione che non saremmo stati tra le camere migliori. Ma che fosse disagiata forse avremmo dovuto saperlo prima ”

“Hotel carino in una ottima posizione, con parcheggio interno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, sia alla reception che alla sala colazione. Camera pulita e accogliente. Mi sono trovato bene. ”

“Sehr nettes Hotel unweit des Hauptbahnhofs und des Mannheimer Schlosses. Ausreichend große Zimmer und Badezimmer. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet - einzig die Qualität der Brötchen lässt zu Wünschen übrig ! Tiefgaragenmiete mit 21 €/Nacht recht teuer.”

“Hotel looks beautiful once arrived, as very welcoming lobby. BUT: 1. could have long waiting times for check in (inusual for German hotels) 2. car park full, even if more than empty spaces on the carpark (had to press incoming button like I would have been staying at the NH Hotel instead, and suddenly was allowed to enter the carpark). At reception they tried using ridicolous excuses (like the empty spaces were booked by other guests…. while during the night and early morning those spaces...
