Hotel vicino a Mannington Preserve - Salem

“A clean room and friendly staff are the two things I want from an economy hotel, and White Oaks was excellent with both. The front desk staff was very nice on check in - quick, pointed us to our room, told us about local food options - and the room was already air-conditioned during a heat wave. Staff remade beds and replaced soaps daily. The room was down to the "details". Very satisfied with my stay and would go again if I was in the area.”

“The hotel was very quiet. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff were excellent, check in and out was efficient. This is my only choice when I visit the area”

“Parking is convenient. The fire alarm went off at 7am....got to the lobby and people were having breakfast as the fire department rolled up. No explanations or directions given from the staff. I saw the fire dept leave so I went back to my room. When I left. I asked. They said it was a steamy shower that caused it”

“The fitness center was a joke, four machines in a room that's normally where people sleep. Broken also”

“Staff was nice, room was clean, only issue was tv was to small and need better lighting. Breakfast only had frozen waffles juice and coffee.”

“The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall. The beds were dirty with bugs. The walls were peeling. It was a legitimate horror movie.”

“Stayed 5 nights over the 4th of July weekend. Room smells of smoke. Black mold. Filthy carpet she’s in(bottom of my feet turned black)”

“Renavated and fighting with roaches and ain't also nats need to improve on pest control”
