“Great hotel ”

“Don’t trust the shuttle, I waited more than an hour and wound up taking Lyft for $27. Even pulled the driver over and he told me it was the wrong shuttle. Beyond frustrated ”

“It exceeded our expectations. The hot breakfast bar was great. It was very dog friendly which we needed, but that fact did not lower its high class status. ”

“Parking easy, off season so they had no beach passes, ice, continental breakfast. Coffee not ready by 8:00 am when they said it would be.”

“Breakfast was good parking was horrendous. Not enough spaces plus you have to pay a fee . For What ? ”

“Unforgiving management. Refusing to accept cancellation due to inclement weather that cancelled local event. A midnight cancellation policy failed as people are usually asleep and uRoom never checked in. ”

“The room was nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was low but decent. Breakfast selection was small but tasted good. They offered spinach frittata, French toast, bagels, toast, cold cereal, sausage, juice, tea and coffee.”

“Excellent, welcoming, and clean facility. The staff was helpful, especially the owner, Mr. Raymond, who was extremely accommodating and gave us a wonderful day in the Hamptons despite the rainy weather! I highly recommend this place.”

“Did not have hot water in shower for 2 days. Front staff was advised and said an engineer would be sent to the room. Nothing was fixed on the first night.”

“Ottimo hotel, con piscina, SPA e grande palestra. La camera era molto spaziosa ed il personale gentile ed efficiente. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma a fianco c’è uno Starbucks con un’ottima scelta di cose da mangiare. Unico difetto era la vista della nostra stanza, il tetto con i condizionatori ”

“The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...
