“Clean - accommodations bedrooms were great, kitchen was very well stocked for the meals we needed to prepare.The house was so unique we were impressed by the amount of room we actually had.The bonus game room was a nice added feature.The best feature was the outside - trails for exploring, creek for fishing, and of course the fire pit.I think the only time we used the tv was to watch the Steelers play.This was truly a remarkable adventure.”

“I surprised my husband with a weekend getaway here! We loved our stay. The cabin is clean, homey, and perfect for a couple! The surrounding area is gorgeous and we loved sitting by the fire pit at night. Lyle and Shelly are great hosts and communication was super easy. We came to the area for the Cherry Springs and this was a great location. The sky here is amazing too! It was a 30 min drive to the park area and 20 min to Wellsboro. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. ”

“This cabin is awesome for a couple or 3 ppl! Clean, perfectly decorated, comfortable, across from Pine Creek and down the road from the Ole Covered Wagon tour and east and west rims of the Grand Canyon of Pa. We took macadam roads and dirt roads while in our search for new places and of course “big foot!!!” Relaxing and fun. Host,Shelly very responsive and pleasant, making booking check in and out a breeze! Thanks Shelly! Looking forward to booking next year again! ”

“Check in was really simple. This is an ideally placed Campground with access to many state park destinations in the area.Very clean Campground and perfect for our family of 4.We are looking at coming back in the fall. ”

“One of the nicest cottages with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Spent lots of time outside. Enjoyed eating on the deck with covered canopy. My great neice enjoyed swinging. My sisters enjoyed sitting on the swing. Loved walking on the trail behind the cottage. Water in the stream was at a real low level. Did see a crawdad in it though. Saw a black squirrel. Enjoyed eating at a few restaurants in Wellsboro. Got to see the gas lights lite up at night. Also got to both rim outlooks....

My kids are already asking to return to the PA Grand Canyon and want to stay in this cabin again!”
