Air conditioning is good however you need the room key to start it. So when away and coming back, it will take a bit of time to get the room to a comfortable temperature. “We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year. ”

“Very old hotel, lots of molds and dust. Lobby wasnt even airconditioned, very run down place. Front desk even warned us the room might smell like chemicals because they sprayed it to get rid of cat poop. Dont stay here, pictures isnt even close to what it actually looks like”
