It's not very expensive and if you're after for basic amenities such as airconditioned rooms and wi-fi, this is a place for you. We feel safe being here. “We have stayed at Ave Suites a few times and this time was the best. We got a room with a king size bed and the room appeared to have been remodeled. They have a nice restaurant, pool and spa at a reasonable price. The only knock is the lack of parking and the road noise from Lacson Street traffic.”
