“We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. “They do not allow service dogs and will send you across town to their “sister” property who will charge you a fee for your service dog (even when presented actual paperwork). Sister property is a very old, dated, odd foul smelling best western. I was not charged their much lower rate and was Still charged as if I was staying at Wyndham…”

“This is a former Marriott property, and has really nice room design, even though some of it is a bit worn, dated, or tired. I was never willing to pay the rate when it was a Marriott, so this is a good compromise. Everything was good, nothing was actually terrible, and the price was good. Will stay again.”

“It was more like an extended stay facility and not so much like the average hotel. The icemaker is in the refrigerator or other than a big machine down the hall. The bed was a bit too close to the wall, but other than that, the room was comfortable.”

“Clean hotel! New and cozy! Close to 41 but far enough away that you can’t hear the noise. I frequent the area often and this will be my hotel of choice!”
