“The name America's Best seemed like an advertising gimmick, but this truly was the best experience we've had in recent memory! Wonderful family run business.”

“I got food poisoning from paying extra to put lobster in my mac & cheese. The lobster was bad and I got violently ill.”

“The room was decent. They did some upgrades to make it look nicer. The check in guy the day we came was nice but the guy we called to get a shuttle back from the airport was extremely rude and unhelpful and hung up on us. They do NOT have a hot tub or pool. Pictures showed a hot tub there isn’t one. Cops were there when we arrived as well as someone sleeping outside across on the lawn so probably not a safe place to be a single woman or bring kids to.”

“The facility seems old. The elevator is rough. Only cleaning rooms every 3rd day makes it feel cheap and crappy”

“The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. ”

“Great location- in the heart of Uptown- convenient to a lot of restaurants and theater where we were able to walk to. There is a parking lot behind T-Mobile building right across the street on Emerson. 24 hours is $18 - with no in/out privileges- but we parked and walked the neighborhood- so good deal. The room itself was small- but comfortable. The bed was comfy- although there was no fridge in the room. Enjoyed the complimentary bar drink.”

“The property is adjacent to the metro line making it extremely easy to get to the ball game! The room was no frills, just safe and clean. Refrigerator in room but no microwave. Included breakfast is very lame - dry cereal, yogurt, coffee. Overall a straight up property for what I needed, no frills”
