“When we arrived the key was not in the lock box, but this was quickly rectified and the property manager came within 10 mins after a phone call, so this was not a huge problem… we are all only human!. It was not clear to me how much cleaning we were meant to do at the end. I was pretty sure I had paid to not have to vacuum etc but this was not clear in the email or at the bach itself.
