We stayed in a 2-bed cabin & even the design of the cabin, complementary bottle of Craggy Range wine, and daily generous stocking of breakfast supplies were a great experience. Loved Craggy Range! ”

“Room was tidy & comfortable. Newly built 3 years so clean & tidy with a large shower cubicle. Rural outlook as we were in Central Hawkes Bay. Friendly front counter staff Harvinder also helpful. Didn't get to use the swimming pool as we were travelling. Maybe next time.”

“A bit of a mix up first when we were allocated a room with a knock on the door to say sorry we were supposed to be in another room. Not a problem at all. Our new room was very clean, very tidy, very spacious. Great rates and a great location. Very friendly management, would happily re-book.”

The pool was also nice and clean, although it was raining at the time of our stay, my children thoroughly enjoyed it. The customer service was absolutely amazing friendly, welcoming, and so helpful from start to finish. Our whole experience exceeded expectations, and we would definitely stay again.
