“The house was nicely updated. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Four porches to enjoy the views. Pool was small but the kids loved it. Didnt see any other villa with this amenity. There was a lot of boat traffic in and out of the marina. Could be annoying if you dont enjoy the music they might be playing. The bridge from Rt 1 is also able to be heard if outside but other than that it was pretty peaceful. ”

“This property is exactly as described except it is more private and tranquil than you can ever imagine. Very comfortable for the 6 of us all adults. The location is ideal for boaters, the marina fee for the day was only 50. The home has spectacular views and ocean access is immediate. AC is nice and cold which is hard to find in the Keys. We boated to a nearby reef to snorkel with literally thousands of fish, the water that day was crystal clear. This will be our go to home for future stays. As...

“This house was perfect for our family of 12!! 5 bedrooms inside with house with a 6th in an apartment style. The home is on an inlet right off the ocean. The home was fully stocked with tons of towels, pans, dishes, everything you need. You just need to buy the food. We WILL be back! This is one of our favorites so far!”

“A wonderful vacation rental. The house was very clean on arrival. Kitchen was fully equipped. The dock was a dream for taking the boat out everyday. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is ideal in a vacation rental. I would recommend and we will most likely try to book again next year. ”

“Overall very happy with the property. The pool was wonderful, the beds were super comfy and the extras were much used. It is a very baby friendly house and perfect for our large group, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The location is fantastic as our kids were able to bike to many places. It is a quiet area, with beautiful views up and down the canal. Only 2 things to be aware of, there is no screened in porch but the deck is very nice and large. The sleeper sofa is not at all...

“We had a wonderful time! The property is very private, and having the dock was one of the highlights as was the view from the porch. We saw nurse sharks, baby jellyfish and the most gorgeous sunsets we’ve ever seen. We’d love to go back with friends.One caveat is that the air conditioning would only go down to 71F. There was a limitation programmed in that our host said couldn’t be changed. We typically sleep at 67 at home so this was a bit too warm for us for sleeping. I wish this had been...

“Tropical Seahorse located at Coral Lagoon was the perfect place for our vacation to the Florida Keys. It has a fully stocked kitchen, great views from the decks and patio, washer and dryer, beach towels provided for use during your stay, access to the shared pool, and plenty room for everyone. ”

“WAHOO! is easily our favorite Marathon place we've stayed in out of 8 years. Our trip couldn't have been more perfect. The sheets are super soft and the house is great and a LOT of space so you don't feel crowded. It was easy to back in the boat trailer for the week. Lots of driveway space. Wonderful set up and wonderful hosts. Every element exceeded our expectations and we limited out on lobster for mini season, too.”

Just about everything you can think of you may need or forgot, Mariela has already thought of it and has it on hand. We brought our boat and she had already told us which marina to use, which is two blocks away- could not have been any easier other than their hours of operation. Highly recommend and we would gladly return. Thanks for sharing your amazing home. ”

“The location was great, and we really enjoyed the upper level! (We didnt really use the lower space) Pool wash well cared for and the dock was perfect. The screened in area was helpful since the mosquitos were bad the time of year we visited. I really loved all the loan games and bicycles at the property for use. A bonus was we were walking distance to Publix and a few other small businesses. ”

"La struttura è composta da piccoli cottages di diversi colori con al centro un Tiki Bar. La stanza è molto grande ed è circondata dal giardino; il parcheggio è comodo e gratutito. Il check-in è automatico, abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni via mail e non abbiamo avuto bisogno della reception. La posizione è strategica per visitare le Keys: tutte le isole sono al massimo a un'ora di auto di distanza. Consigliatissimo anche per il prezzo!"

"L’appartamento era molto spazioso, forse perché era accessibile a persone con disabilità. La zona cucina è completa di qualsiasi cosa necessaria per cucinare, il patio aveva il ventilatore con il cordino rotto e quindi non si poteva spegnere..abbiamo dovuto staccare la presa di corrente. Le sedie avevano i cuscini molto sporchi, andrebbero lavati ogni tanto..il bagno è molto spazioso, il lavandino molto piccolo in proporzione. Letto non molto comodo per i miei gusti. All’esterno c’è la ghiaia, quindi camminando sui sassi e poi entrando in casa si lasciano tutte le impronte. Nel complesso in ogni caso, per una notte è stato un buon compromesso comodità/ prezzo per visitare le Keys."
