Motel a Marblehead

“This hotel looked so cute from the outside. Inside was very clean. I noticed on at least one review stated their bed was broke. Ours also wasn’t the sturdiest in our first room. But I reached out to service and they switched our room without an issue! So big brownie points for that. I also really appreciated that their TV had the streaming apps. (Hotels normally just have cable 👎👎). The guests before us were even nice enough to stay logged in! Jk! But this hotel gets a 4.5 star rating from me!”

“staff were great cookies and drinks at night was awesome snack, pool was nice, restaurant and bowling across the street you can walk cedar point 3miles away”

“The staff was very helpful, pleasant, we appreciate the amenities”

“Stay was nice overall, but the tv only played tennis. Room was clean.”

“Damage on the walls, I found long hair this morning under the pillow when checked under it to make sure I had not missed any jewelery. Mine is gray and very short. The tub was not clean. A good 2-3 minutes to get hot water. Nothing touched by staff on day 2. Same bedding and towels. A tv with nothing to show what channels were there. People coming and going on loud elevator till 3 a.m. both nights. No tissues and very cheap and thin TP. The hair under my pillow was the final straw . GROSS!!!...
