“Very nice staff and easy to work with. Breakfast was great every morning. There was some mold on the ceiling in our bathroom which didn’t have an exhaust fan which I found a little odd. It was pretty minimal so I’d stay here again. ”

“Rooms definitely need some updating. There were spiders in the room and bathroom. Amenities are great though. ”

“More maintenance in general; also more often clean the couch covers etc. Put in a reading lamp on the table between the two beds so guests can read at night.”

“One side of the elevators didn’t work and the fire alarm went off at 4am! It was very clean.”

“This is a basic, if u just need a place for the night and can rough it. Our room smelled like cigarettes, hence the 2 ashtrays that were provided in the room. Did not really look when booking. It was late and just needed to sleep. No amenities just the basic, towels and bedding. No carpet, which was good, it would've made the smell worst. This place could really be due for a complete makeover. ”

“Staff was really rude and she didnt acknowledge me or greet me she was on her phone all the time when she ask for my ID she hold my ID on her hand txt whoever she was and she finished sending that msg for her to give me my room.. no explanation at all of my staying told me my room number and grab back her phone slamming my ID back and she went back on her phone!”

“High standard of quality and cleaning for the room and most areas. Food for breakfast was wide range, unfortunately majority of ultra processed food, healthy choices limited. Really kind and helpful staff. ”
