There was no towel rack or hook in the bathroom. My room was closest to the road but it was nice and quiet overnight. “We had reserved a bay view room. The view was amazing. It was also in a quieter area of Traverse City. We had issues with our refrigerator while there and they changed out the unit for us. I really appreciated the daily room service. I wasn't expecting that. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“The hotel room was nice. The only thing I didn’t like at the hotel was the free breakfast. Breakfast was from 8:00 to 10 am. Are breakfast at 8:00 . Limited choices to eat for breakfast. No bacon or sausage. The scrambled eggs and potatoes were warm. Plus they looked like they had been the warmer for a long time time because they were stuck to pan and starting to burn.
