I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail. room was okay, no TV, no AC.
service was slow
The staff was not as helpful as we expected about the knowledge around the area.
The stuff like slippers were a little dirty even after replacement, so not sure if they are reusing stuff. ”

“We stayed here because the description says 1 minute walk from Peryvar Reserve, it is not. 15 to 20 mins out of Kumily up a very bumpy track.
No atmosphere at all.
No yoga offered.
Evening meal not good, I complained but ignored. Chef shouting in the kitchen.
Pool green.
Restaurant service not good at all.
The best feature is the great taxi driver who works for the hotel. Although it was a VERY expensive service.
