“Kristal (host) was very accommodating with our home renovation and stay while we were remodeling. The Ac did go out and she was very responsive and got the ac fixed within 2 days. The Arizona room was a hit for the kids and family time. Community pools were near by to swim.”

“The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.”

“Honestly everything about the house location is pretty good it wasnt too busy not too loud it was enjoyable everything was welcoming I'm glad there was a little booklet for the house I thought it was neat the beds were quite nice although I'd probably warn others about the sliding door for the shower it's quite sensitive but overall loved the experience 10/10 host had great communication actually the host would contact you first to make sure everything goes smoothly these guys definitely care...

“We had a pleasant stay at Travelers Paradise. John was great with accommodations and communication our entire stay. The place was clean and well organized with instructions and amenities. It has a small kitchenette for basic meals, but you have to request the cook top. I requested it prior and it was in the unit. The pool area is lovely with lounge chairs, patio set and water fall.
