“Small hotel but clean”

“was initially assigned room 202, but the door would not open, so I was given room 203. After lying down, I moved the pillow and found a cockroach, exactly as shown in the attached geo-locatable photos. I immediately went downstairs to complain. I was asked if I wanted a refund, but I declined because it was late, my luggage was already unpacked, and I just wanted to sleep. Instead, I was offered 15 USD. “This property is owned by a very hard working husband and wife that were very nice and friendly to me. Based upon prior reviews, I thought the property would be in better condition. It is needing a lot more updates to make this motel livable…. There were some rathersketchy people staying here during my two night stay…. I would stay again.”

“Tv didn’t work at all. Got locked out of room one night. Left for the day and while I was gone all of my stuff and kids stuff was gone threw. Had to leave early and they would refund for the rest of the stay.”
