“I had a problem with the internet. I brought my Dell laptop and could not access the internet. I was on with a tech support person for some time without any resolution. This is my only complaint about my stay. Maybe something with my laptop or my Norton 360 security was the issue, but it has worked fine elsewhere.”

“Overall this place was excellent. We didn’t know they were under construction when we were coming. And while we look forward to coming back when it’s all done, it was just a shock, especially with young kids we just had to be extra aware. The lake was getting construction done as well so not a pretty view like the pictures you’ll see. The beds are kinda high and the floors are hard. Our youngest knows how to get down from a bed, but the higher bed made him hit his head on the floor. So bed...

“This hotel is a regular stop for our family. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great continental breakfast!”

“Loved our stay my only complaint is the parking - It’s either $50 a day for valet or $30 a day for self parking that turns over at 5a so you’re paying for at minimum 2 days. Also getting to the parking with luggage is a nightmare”

“The pool was CLOSED! We always choose a hotel with a nice pool for our special needs daughter. We chose this one for that feature and were sorely disappointed that we couldn't use it. The breakfast was OK but not outstanding. The front desk staff was grest-- even suggested a terrific local Italian take-out restaurant.”

“Could not use my booking due to a terrible smell in the room after turning on the heater. The odor was extremely strong — a heavy dusty, burning smell coming from the heater that made it unhealthy and impossible to stay in the room. I notified the host immediately and left the property, but the response was basically, “it’s probably just dust burning off and it will get better later because the heater is not used often.” The host also refused to provide any refund.
