“Das Haus hat eine super Lage, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und Ivona ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie gibt Tipps für Ausflüge und falls etwas gefehlt hätte, hätte sie es sicher für uns besorgt. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!”

“Ich kann mich den vorherigen Gästen und den 10/10-Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und im Inserat beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool hervorragend. Vinko ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Seit mehr als 10 Jahren buche ich buche 2-3 Ferienhäuser pro Jahr. Dieses gehört zu den Top-3, die ich bislang hatte.”

“Nachdem wir die Ferienwohnung, die in der Fe-Wo App als "verfügbar" für unsere Familie füe den sommerurlaub 2025 gebucht haben, bekammen wir 1 Minute später eine Nachricht vom Gastgeber, dass, ACHTUNG: Diese Ferienwohnung nicht verfügbar ist. Schock und viele Fragen unsererseits, die wir den Gastgeber per Chat fragen und leider hat er auf unsere darauffolgenden Fragen einfach NICHT REAGIERT... von einer auf die andere Minute...OKAY, wir wenden uns an Fe-Wo Kundensupport und auf der anderen Seite...

“La casa è come rappresentato nelle foto e ben attrezzata. La piscina è funzionale ed esposta al sole tutto il giorno con ottimi spazi per prendere il sole e stare in relax. Sentire la discesa a mare praticamente privata a pochi scalini da casa con mare eccellente. Ma la sorpresa maggiore è la gentilezza e l ospitalità della famiglia; padre e filgio sono di disponibilità assuta. Consgiatissimo.”

Ivan und seine Frau waren super Gastgeber und haben uns spontan mit traditionellen Essen überrascht und zum Abschied gab es noch selbstgemachtes Olivenöl und Daddeln mit nach Hause. Wir hatte schöne 14 Tage in Gustirna. Auto ist erforderlich, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Haus liegt optimal zwischen Split und Zadar. Man kann mit kurzen Autofahrten alles erreichen. Wir waren zu zweit das erstemal in Kroatien und es hat uns sehr...

“Big, beautiful house in a great location. Enjoyed the heated pool and the sea is only steps away.”

“Das Haus steht in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Zum Strand sind es in etwa 300 Meter, man muss aber einige Treppen ab und wieder aufsteigen. Das Haus ist ein altes Haus. Einziges Manko waren die recht alten Möbel und das nicht in jedem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage war. Von den 4 Schlafzimmern war nur in einem eine Klimaanlage. Die anderen Räume wurden also nie richtig runtergekühlt. Im Wohnbereich mit Küche war eine Klimaanlage vorhanden allerdings kann dort niemand schlafen.”

“Das Haus ist nicht groß, aber für 3-4 Personen perfekt geeignet. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Sowohl vom Pool als auch von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub!”

“We were a group of 8 friends and a little dog staying for 10 days. The location was perfect, wonderful view and big enough for all.What you need to know: - we had to wash the dishes before we could use them and it wasnt until the last day we got the individual parts of the coffee machine together (was also funny :)).- dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of the house- because of the hillside location, it is very noisy sitting outside. Especially in the evening/at night: please show...

“Ein wirklich sehr schöner Ort, um sich zu erholen. Toller Garten, Pool, Lounge... Ort etwas abgelegen in den Bergen, aber das ist auch das Gute, da abseits vom Tourismus-Rummel. Alles sehr gepflegt mit Liebe zum Detail. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!”

“Es war eine wunderbare Zeit im Top ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Haus. Die Gastgeber lassen keine Wünsche offen und sind sehr großzügig mit ihren hauseigenen Gemüse, Olivenöl ect. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wir werden auch wieder kommen 😀”

"While enjoying our vacation in Croatia, we stayed at Villa Hileja and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were four families, and there was more than enough space and privacy for everyone. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with both bath towels and pool towels provided.The pool is fantastic – the children absolutely loved it! The villa also has a beautiful garden with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, watermelons, and melons, which the kind host generously offers to guests.There is a great barbecue area, and the soundproofing is excellent – you don’t hear what’s happening by the pool or in the lounge area when you’re inside the rooms.A big thank you to the wonderful host, Ivan, for all his recommendations. We followed his advice and visited each suggested location – everything was truly great!"
