“The room had bad odor. Stale. Property is 2 star at best.”

“Although we reach the hotel the next day we were supposed to show due to an problem with our rental car company, the front desk young gentleman, was very kind and helpful. He looked for a room for us. I definitely recommend this facility for their professional personal and clean rooms.”

“One hotel room smelled of cigarette smoke. The second had dried urine cracked to the back of the toilet. It was too late to complain so we checked out early. The lady at the front desk who is on at night is really lovely. This was our fourth trip this year and she is always there to check us in.”

“I checked out around 10:30 give or take. At approximately noon I figured out I had left my wallet in the hotel room. I immediately called the front desk and explained to the gentleman who answered my problem. He asked me to hold and he would ask housekeeping. After a couple minutes he told me that yes my wallet was in the room along with a white plastic bag with chargers and some medicine. “The two front desk employees named Dennis and Terry were very professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty nice and had a few different options for a quick meal including making fresh waffles. The Cracker Barrel store and restaurant was located next door to the hotel, so it was very convenient for a quick meal. The outdoor pool looked very nice although I didn't get a chance to enjoy it as our stay was only for one...
