“This was a clean & unique property! The only thing was the surprise parking fee! Expedia didn't disclose this with the resort fee.”

“Original room had no air conditioning and a TV that turned on but would not change channels. Front desk was very helpful in moving us to a new room, but because the air conditioning unit is behind a louvered door in sleeping area, it had a low frequency hum that you could literally feel vibrating the coils of the bed.”

“From the very start the welcome invitation I received before my flight as very kind and welcoming. I was picked up at the airport within minutes after my arrival to the ABQ airport. The hotel staff picked me up promptly, checked me in, and was fantastic. I enjoyed my room, shower and bed. Staff were all very pleasant. “Clean and big rooms. Stayed for 3 nights, after a day , we noticed there’s no phone in the room, they offered us to be transferred to another room but we were already all settled . Staff were very nice. Same breakfast menu every day, coffee was good. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Albuquerque.”

“The amenities were probably the biggest detractor in our stay, followed by the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the room and the property. Our room had sticky floors, a malfunctioning A/C unit, heavily smelled of cigarettes, and in need of maintenance in the kitchenette. The overall appearance of the property suggested lack of landscape maintenance. I suppose you get what you pay for, but I’ve had better for less than $100/night.”
