“Good place to stay”

“The family suite was very underwhelming. There were 2 coffee mugs and 2 glasses and nothing else even though there was a full kitchenette. The furniture was uncomfortable and there was a dank smell that we couldn't get rid of even with the windows open. The staff was absolutely lovely and the facilities were very clean, but I would not recommend this room to others”

“This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was completely spartan. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There was one tiny piece of soap. The one bath towel was the size of a hand towel. There were ants, bugs, and spiders in the room. There was no coffee in the room. There was no refrigerator in the room. There were only two pillows for the bed. There was a pool but it was unheated. And to top it all off, there was a crazy person down a few doors from me ranting. I paid for two...

“I couldnt get the motel to come up in my web search, so I called my reservation in. I repeated myself several times that I needed a handicap room. When we got there, my husband and i checked in and were given our key card. I asked if we could rent another room of the same size--2 queens, but this second reservation did not need to be handicap accessible. He seemed a little confused and I repeated several times that our room is handicap accessible but this new reservation did not need to be...

“My room had such a comfy bed and large bathroom with nice towels and amenities. Room had good outlets including USB’s near the bed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Valet parking was so useful. And so centrally located. Would definitely book it again.”

“Parking was easy. Rooms were not updated as advertised, only bathroom and kitchen area were updated, needs new furniture and paint. It seems we stayed while it is getting updated and unfortunately did not get the remodeled room as pictured. Hot water and A/C worked. Road noise from loud cars due to proximity to main road.”

“The property is laid out nicely. There are parking spaces for each room right in front of one’s assigned room which was great for easy unloading and loading one’s vehicle. The bathroom had a long sink which allows enough area for each person. The bathroom was nice and clean. I personally appreciate that the shower head was not way high up and there was decent water flow. The room was a nice size with two queen beds. The sheets were very comfortable and the duvet was the right weight. ...

“Charging for parking is ridiculous. It’s not even a secure parking lot. Rooms are old, but clean and some updates. It really is more like a motel with no interior hallways and rooms facing the parking lot on all sides. I do appreciate that the prices have not been jacked up like some of the other hotels in the area that are just simple hotels.”
