“I keep coming back to this Best Western when I'm in Spartanburg. From comfortable bed, well appointed Breakfast Bar to small outdoor pool and clean rooms. Always a great stay.”

“We had such a smooth and friendly check in. Each staff member was kind and helpful. We had a beautiful breakfast at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed the coffee service in the morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“First of all they wanted to copy my Drivers license which I polity said NO and because it was a third party booking they didn't copy my licence. When I asked for more towels they must of thought I was going to steal them, because I had to turn in you dirty ones before they would give me clean ones. I normally do stay in a Patels hotels but I had no choice this time, My lawyer said not to ever give them my licence to copy,,, EVER”

“The room was relatively okay, and the bedding was decent. However, the pillows were very uncomfortable—they looked and felt like pillowcases randomly stuffed with filling rather than actual pillows. The bathroom is outdated and could definitely use remodeling. One of the front desk staff members was also discourteous. There was no greeting upon arrival and no goodbye when we left, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is definitely room for...

“The place was nice and clean. We did have to wait a little bit for the staff to show up. Not sure why the staff was not there. We could not find a bell to ring. After the receptionist arrived we were checked in promptly. She was very kind. Overall we had a nice stay.”

“Very dissatisfied with my stay . Cleaning lady never came for my 7 day stay. I had to take out own trash and sweep my own room. Also you cant sleep at night due to all the non - guest traffic. Had someone rev there engine loudly for 30 min intervals on and off for 4 hours finally blowing up his car right outside my room. Shower didn't drain from the start . Overall will not go back”

“It was very impersonal from the time we checked in, and I had to speak to someone through a kiosk that was in the next room over and they did not speak very well English, so it was very hard for me. The bed was comfortable there were beetle bugs, crawling around the floor, which I flushed until the manager spray the room the next day. Overall would not stay there again.”

“I called prior to booking to ask if there was room for a pick up and 40' trailer to park and was informed that there was. upon arrival, there was not enough room to easily pull in and park the truck and trailer. The room was dirty and this is not an area to want to book in if you have children with you. To top it off, the receiver hitch on the truck was missing.”

“Pros: the clerk was kind, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean Cons: felt like prison and guilty before proven innocent. took 30 minutes to check in with an already paid for room. (One guest ahead of me). Plastic partition at front desk felt like jail. Wording of "taking $50 cc deposit would be returned if not stains, etc found in room." Took a bath and while in the bath (husband answered knock at the door) and man asked if someone was taking a shower (yes) and its leaking downstairs...

“The staff was excellent. They check-in staff went over and above to make us feel welcome.”

“The interiors have been updated recently. Our room was nice, but there was mildew on the grout next to the shower. I noticed a little mouse feces on the bedspread before we left. When we were there, the front breezeway was stripped down to steel beams, so it must have been next on the list for an upgrade. The breakfast was good, but would have liked some bacon as an option to sausage links.”

“The place you're getting, you get what you paid for. The room is OKAY at best. The room itself wasn't the cleanest. There were hairs embedded in the comforter, which was gross. The panels of the base boards and grout on the floor was gross. The bed creaked when you got on it, like you were flattening an aluminum foil tin tray you're going to make the turkey dinner in. The freezer box was frozen over, and people had left food inside of it, so it was not actually checked. The microwave inside of...
